Job description

The Analyst, Global Talent and Change Management is a key contributor on Skechers’ Global Talent and Change Management team - a function at the center of how our organization adapts and performs at scale. Reporting to the Lead, Global Talent and Change Management, this role partners across HR and the business to design, execute, and continuously improve the systems and experiences that shape how Skechers develops talent, manages performance, and navigates change., * Help to design and develop talent management frameworks, tools, and materials - including facilitator guides and program resources - ensuring content is regionally relevant, scalable, and aligned to business objectives

  • Coordinate talent intake processes by partnering with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HRIS to gather business needs, define scope, and align on timelines and deliverables for talent initiatives across client groups
  • Contribute to the development and execution of change management strategies for HR and business transformation initiatives
  • Draft stakeholder communications, support readiness assessments, and track adoption to ensure changes land effectively and sustainably
  • Design and develop compelling information decks, visual presentations, and communication materials that effectively convey talent and organizational effectiveness (OE) initiatives to diverse audiences across the business
  • Assist in the development of organizational design materials such as org charts, role mapping, and workforce planning resources
  • Support the end-to-end execution of the annual performance review cycle

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-

  • Provide ad hoc support for internal HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices related to talent management, organizational development, and change management

Requirements

  • Prior experience supporting or executing talent management processes, including performance reviews and talent planning is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, audience-appropriate messages and materials
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and working effectively during high-volume periods
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy, * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field; equivalent internship or academic experience will be considered or experience in the business leveraging talent related tools and resources
  • Experience with Workday considered a plus
