Foundation Construction ERP functional Consultant needed

Assess the current Foundation configuration: chart of accounts, job cost structures, payroll setup, module usage, security, and reporting

• Reconfigure Foundation for multi-entity scale: rebuild COA and job cost coding standards, configure percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, WIP schedules, and margin-by-job reporting
• Configure union payroll: certified payroll, prevailing wage, multi-local rules, and fringe handling
• Lead the migration of a QuickBooks/Excel-based entity onto Foundation: COA mapping, historical data conversion, opening balances, parallel payroll validation, and cutover
• Build a repeatable Foundation onboarding template for future acquisitions
• Train accounting and operations users and support hypercare through stabilization

5+ years of hands-on Foundation (Foundation Software / FOUNDATION construction accounting) configuration and implementation experience

• Deep percentage-of-completion accounting knowledge: WIP, over/under billings, and revenue recognition for contractors
• Union contractor payroll experience: certified payroll, prevailing wage, and multi-local reporting
• Experience with self-perform contractors (utility, heavy civil, electrical, mechanical, or similar trades)
• QuickBooks-to-Foundation (or similar entry-level-to-construction-ERP) migration experience
• Strong communication skills; comfortable working directly with controllers, PMs, and PE-appointed leadership

• Multi-entity or roll-up standardization experience
• Foundation integrations with Procore, B2W, Tenna, or similar field tools
• Construction controller or CPA background
• Crystal Reports / Foundation report writing

Pay: $85.00 - $125.00 per hour
