Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and implement Duck Creek-based insurance solutions, collaborating with business analysts to refine requirements and deliver integrated applications. You will configure policy, billing, and claims components, develop XML API integrations, and ensure quality through tests and code reviews. You’ll provide production support and maintain technical artifacts while following Agile practices. This position offers impact by accelerating insurance technology delivery within a global, collaborative Capgemini team. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop and implement Duck Creek solutions for insurance systems * Configure and customize Duck Creek modules (Policy, Billing, Claims) * Collaborate with business analysts to refine requirements * Develop and maintain XML API integrations and web services * Perform unit testing, debugging and code reviews for quality * Provide production support and troubleshoot issues * Maintain documentation and design artifacts * Adhere to coding standards and Agile/Scrum practices * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery Tasks * 3+ years of P&C insurance experience with understanding of underwriting, rating and forms * Strong Duck Creek experience (Example Author, Server and Express) * Hands-on design, build, and configuration to meet business needs; unit testing * Experience with debugging tools (Data Tester, Example Utility, TSV Debugger) * Technical reviews of development activities * Ability to guide developers technically and functionally * Agile/Scrum experience * Experience with code check-in/out, merge and deployment to higher environments Key requirements * Paid time off (Vacation, Holidays, Personal Days, Sick Leave) * Medical, dental, vision coverage * Retirement savings plans (401(k), RRSP) * Life and disability insurance * Employee assistance programs
