Solutions Architect II - Azure, Microsoft 365 & AI

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and govern end-to-end enterprise solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, and AI platforms. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable designs aligned with standards and roadmaps. You’ll lead architecture activities through the full project lifecycle, driving efficiency, governance, and innovation at scale. This role offers hands-on influence on cloud, collaboration, security, and AI initiatives in a large enterprise. Compensation / Benefits * Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Azure, Microsoft 365, and AI technologies * Develop architecture diagrams, technical documentation, implementation plans, and operating models * Lead architecture activities from concept to deployment and transition to operations * Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, performance, and cost goals * Architect Azure environments including networking, identity, governance, monitoring, storage, hosting, and AI services * Design Microsoft 365 solutions using Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, and Purview * Develop identity and security architectures with Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, and Zero Trust * Evaluate and design AI-enabled solutions with Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and related tools * Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve processes and user productivity * Contribute to architecture standards, governance, reference architectures, and roadmaps * Facilitate architecture reviews, design workshops, and cross-functional collaboration * Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance across initiatives Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience * 3+ years designing enterprise technology solutions in large IT environments * Experience as Solutions Architect, Senior Engineer, Cloud Architect, or similar leadership role * Strong expertise in Azure cloud architecture, governance, networking, security, monitoring, and platform services * Experience designing and supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments * Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, Power Platform, Defender, and Purview * Experience with Microsoft AI technologies including Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services * Solid understanding of security architecture, identity management, compliance, and responsible AI practices * Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Experience in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred) Key requirements *
