Job description

As the Manager, Digital Operations and Menu Systems, you’ll join a fast-growing, multi-unit QSR concept at a pivotal stage of expansion. As we continue opening new restaurants and evolving our digital ecosystem, you’ll play a critical role in building the scalable systems and processes that support sustainable growth. This is an opportunity to shape how technology enables operational excellence across every restaurant we open and every guest we serve.

This is a systems ownership role.

You’ll be the primary owner of our menu architecture across every ordering channel - POS, digital, and third-party delivery. You’ll manage the integrations that keep our ordering, payment, and fulfillment systems in sync; lead QA and testing for every launch; and onboard new restaurant locations with accuracy and consistency.

You see the menu as a system, not a set of disconnected items. You’re the person who catches the modifier that’s missing, the integration that’s routing incorrectly, or the pricing discrepancy that nobody else noticed. You bring operational rigor and a builder’s mindset to every update - and you move quickly without cutting corners.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Deliver a seamless ordering experience across in-store, digital, and delivery channels through clean, consistent menu architecture
  • Increase operational efficiency and reduce errors by ensuring accurate routing, pricing, modifiers, and integrations
  • Support profitability and speed of service through menu clarity, system reliability, and proactive issue resolution
  • Enable flawless launches of new menu items, system updates, and new restaurant openings

What You’ll Do Menu Architecture & Configuration

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize menu across all ordering platforms - POS, digital ordering, and third-party delivery partners
  • Build scalable menu structures that support evolving business needs, pricing strategy, and product rollouts
  • Implement and maintain 86ing processes across all channels, providing visibility into trends and operational impacts

Systems Integration & Data Accuracy

  • Manage data flow and integrations between ordering, payment, and fulfillment systems to ensure accurate aggregation, routing, and reporting
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues - partnering with internal teams and external vendors to resolve quickly and prevent recurrence
  • Maintain data integrity across platforms including Toast, Lunchbox, Checkmate, and online ordering systems

Testing, Launches & QA

  • Lead end-to-end QA testing for new menu items, system upgrades, and limited-time offers (LTOs) before go-live
  • Develop and maintain documentation: configuration standards, QA checklists, and rollout playbooks
  • Onboard new restaurant locations into all menu systems with accuracy and consistency

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Culinary, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Leadership teams
  • Ensure alignment on menu accuracy, pricing strategy, promotional setups, and launch timelines
  • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on how menu configuration impacts guest experience, speed of service, and reporting

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in menu configuration, POS management, or digital ordering systems in a multi-unit restaurant environment
  • Background in restaurant operations, technology, or systems enablement - you understand how the kitchen and the platform connect
  • Proven experience managing cross-channel menu integrations with tools such as Toast, Lunchbox, Checkmate, and online ordering platforms
  • Demonstrated success implementing process improvements, QA procedures, and data accuracy initiatives
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills - you’re comfortable in spreadsheets, system logs, and cross-functional conversations alike
  • Exceptional attention to detail - you catch what others miss and build systems that prevent recurrence
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Information Systems, Hospitality, or a related field

A mindset that is:

  • Systems thinker: Sees the menu as a cohesive architecture - not a collection of parts - and designs accordingly
  • Obsessively detail-oriented: Catches the modifier that’s off, the price that didn’t update, the integration that’s routing wrong
  • Calm under launch pressure: Manages complex rollouts across multiple platforms without losing accuracy or composure
  • Cross-functional communicator: Translates technical realities into clear language for culinary, marketing, and ops partners
  • Ownership mentality: Takes end-to-end accountability for the accuracy and reliability of our menu ecosystem
  • Continuously improving: Always looking for ways to make the system faster, cleaner, and more resilient
