Product Owner, Enterprise Justice

Experteer Overview In this Product Owner role, you will guide the evolution and upkeep of a market-leading case management system. You’ll work with product managers and business teams to shape value-driven backlog and release plans. You’ll translate needs into clear requirements and help drive adoption across product-line teams. You’ll influence high-impact decisions that advance the product and its societal impact, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with product managers and business teams to maintain backlog by business value/ROI * Evaluate project and defect impact to maximize short- and long-term value * Research market problems and design solutions * Prioritize problems and curate a refined backlog * Create detailed software requirements including user stories and use cases * Lead new release launches and drive adoption * Act as liaison among end users, project teams, executives, and stakeholders * Participate in demonstrations and stakeholder training * Attend scrum ceremonies regularly * Balance delivering value with budget and competing priorities * Earn trust to secure buy-in for decisions * Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize stories to align with strategy Tasks * Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner/Manager * Minimum 7 years of software or related experience including documenting client specifications * Strong collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders * Proven experience creating user stories, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and mockups * Understanding of user-centered design and SDLC, especially agile methodologies * Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and customer service skills * Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving abilities * Decisive with ability to say no to good ideas to deliver great ideas * Experience with design tools (Figma, Visio, Axure, or Adobe XD) is a plus * Familiarity with Jira or equivalent software * Ability to work independently and across teams; comfortable in fast-paced environments * Willingness to travel occasionally if requested Key requirements *
