Manager System Finance

• Responsible for leading the finance business partnering function for assigned System Office departments and BayCare Physician Partners (BPP), providing financial leadership, analysis, and decision support to support organizational objectives.
• Oversees financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, monthly close activities, financial reporting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Partners with leaders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, directors, managers, and team members, to deliver actionable financial insights and support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Leads and develops the System Finance team, including oversight of training, performance, and professional development.
• Ensures the delivery of accurate financial reporting, effective financial stewardship, and continuous improvement of financial processes while supporting organizational growth and performance goals., * Communication : Communicates in a clear, authentic, and transparent manner to meet the needs of others to ensure messages are received and mutually understood.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance with 10 years of Accounting and/or Financial Planning and Analysis;
• OR Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance with CPA and 8 years of Accounting and/or Financial Planning and Analysis;
• OR Master’s in related field with 8 years of Accounting and/or Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close processes and performance improvement
