IBM BPM Developer

• The primary focus is development to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and validate workflow design.
• Resolve issues quickly to ensure project timelines are met.
• Support testing activities to help ensure the delivery of a high-quality solution.

Experience: 8+ years of experience modeling processes using IBM BPM Process Designer, Integration, Implementing UCAs, Ajax, and Generic System Services.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Process Designer, BPDs, and Coach Framework as a Front End technology.
• Experience with Process Modules, SCA modules and various bindings, Mediation modules, libraries, message handling, error handling, Human Tasks, BO, SDO, and Business Rules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile environment.
