Job description
The position plays a critical role in maintaining quality standards, reducing operational risk, improving testing efficiency, and supporting the successful delivery of Fraud Systems initiatives. By validating business requirements, creating high-quality test cases, and ensuring automation readiness, the contractor will help improve release readiness, increase test coverage, and support successful business outcomes., * Develop and maintain high-quality User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
- Create comprehensive, repeatable, and well-structured test cases that align with business requirements and support future automation efforts.
- Ensure test cases are automation-ready by following established standards, maintaining clear test steps, expected results, and reusable test assets.
- Review and validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure complete testing coverage.
- Execute testing activities for system updates, enhancements, defect resolutions, releases, and business initiatives.
- Identify, document, track, and validate issues discovered during testing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and project teams to resolve testing-related issues and ensure requirements are met.
- Evaluate testing processes and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and automation readiness.
- Support testing efforts across multiple initiatives and prioritize activities to meet project timelines and delivery commitments.
- Provide regular testing status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to project stakeholders.
- Support release readiness activities, including pre-implementation validation and post-implementation verification.
- Participate in issue triage, root cause discussions, and resolution reviews.
- Maintain testing documentation, evidence, and audit artifacts in accordance with compliance, governance, and organizational standards.
- Ensure testing deliverables meet quality expectations and support successful implementation of business solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by promoting testing best practices and helping establish consistent standards for UAT and automation-ready test design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance, or business validation experience.
- Proven experience developing high-quality UAT test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
- Experience reviewing and validating business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure complete test coverage.
- Demonstrated ability to create well-structured, reusable, and automation-ready test cases that support future automated testing efforts.
- Experience executing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience documenting test results, defects, risks, and recommendations for resolution.
- Experience working in Agile and project-based environments supporting multiple concurrent initiatives.

Experience using test management and defect tracking tools. Automation-Focused Requirements
- Understanding of automated testing concepts and best practices.
- Experience designing test cases with automation readiness in mind, including maintaining consistent test data, clear expected results, and repeatable steps.
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with automation teams to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Experience ensuring testing documentation and test assets meet standards required for automated execution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Experience supporting fraud prevention, fraud operations, risk management, or financial services organizations.

- Familiarity with continuous testing and quality management processes.
- Experience supporting complex system implementations and production releases.
- Experience with compliance, audit, and governance requirements related to testing activities.
