Software (Knowify) Implementation Specialist

Knowify Implementation Consultant Seeking a consultant to complete and optimize a partially implemented Knowify environment for a construction contractor. The client currently relies on manual, Excel-based, and paper-driven processes and needs a hands-on expert to modernize operations, implement best practices, and maximize platform adoption. Responsibilities:

• Lead full Knowify configuration and optimization, including customers, jobs, proposals, invoicing, reporting, and job costing.
• Integrate and align Knowify with QuickBooks Online.
• Assess current workflows and redesign business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Configure security roles, user permissions, and system access.
• Train project managers, administrative staff, and leadership on platform usage and best practices.
• Implement solutions for project management, field operations, time tracking, scheduling, reporting, and job costing.
• Identify and deploy underutilized Knowify functionality to improve visibility and automation.

• Hands-on Knowify implementation and configuration experience.
• Strong QuickBooks Online integration expertise.
• Construction industry experience, preferably supporting contractors.
• Background in process improvement, change management, and user training.
• Understanding of job costing, project accounting, field operations, and contractor workflows.

Nice to Have:

• Electrical contracting experience.
• Experience integrating operational and accounting systems across multiple business units.
