SAP Business Process Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Business Process Manager to lead and optimize our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business processes. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of SAP business process strategies to enhance operational performance and support organizational growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and implement scalable SAP solutions that meet business needs.
• Manage the configuration, customization, and deployment of SAP modules such as SAP ECC or S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards.
• Oversee the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications including Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, and remote access software to streamline workflows.
• Supervise IT infrastructure components supporting SAP environments, including servers (Windows Server, Linux), databases (SQL Server), network security (firewalls, Cisco routers), and virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere).
• Coordinate vendor management activities related to SAP software licensing, hardware procurement, and third-party service providers.
• Drive project management efforts for SAP implementations or upgrades using Agile methodologies while supervising technical support teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement robust disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies to safeguard critical SAP data and maintain system availability during disruptions.
• Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and manage IT support operations related to network engineering, server management, and desktop support.
• Lead a team of IT professionals by providing guidance on technical troubleshooting support, network support (WAN/LAN), configuration management, and IT governance practices.

• Extensive experience managing SAP business processes within complex IT environments with a strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms including AWS and Azure for hybrid cloud integrations supporting SAP workloads.
• Deep knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V for efficient resource allocation.
• Strong background in ITIL framework principles for service management alongside expertise in incident management via ServiceNow or Jira.
• Expertise in computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN architecture, DHCP/DNS configuration, Active Directory management, and network security protocols.
• Skilled in database administration using Microsoft SQL Server or similar systems; capable of performing database tuning and analysis using SQL queries.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams overseeing IT operations such as server management, software development projects, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organizational efficiency through time management skills.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery planning, information security best practices, and compliance standards related to enterprise systems.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
