Senior Infrastructure & Microsoft 365 Engineer

We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Senior Infrastructure & Microsoft 365 Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of complex IT infrastructure solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure systems that support organizational growth. You will be instrumental in optimizing cloud and on-premises environments, automating processes, and troubleshooting critical infrastructure issues to maintain seamless operations across diverse platforms., * Serve as the senior technical resource for the IT department.

• Lead and direct the daily activities of the IT Department
• Own the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Manage Azure environments and cloud infrastructure.
• Own network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, internet connectivity, and related technologies.
• Manage Windows Server and virtual server environments.
• Own backup systems and disaster recovery readiness.
• Lead execution of IT projects and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and technology partners.
• Maintain technical documentation and system inventories.
• Serve as the primary Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Build internal technical capability

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 3+ years in a senior systems, infrastructure, or Microsoft 365 administration role.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Strong Azure administration experience.
• Experience with Windows Servers, virtualization, storage systems, and backups.
• Experience managing network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless environments.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating workloads.
• Experience managing third-party IT vendors.
• Strong troubleshooting and escalation management skills.
• Experience supporting disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Azure certifications.
• Experience with acquisitions, or multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with DNSFilter, MDM platforms, MFA platforms, and cybersecurity tools.
