Job description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tebis Application Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, be adept with CAD/CAM systems, and provide expert support to our customers. This role is essential for ensuring that our clients fully utilize Tebis software to meet their production goals., * Provide technical support and training to Tebis customers

  • Assist customers in optimizing their use of Tebis software to meet manufacturing goals
  • Work with the sales team to support software demonstrations, presentations, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct customer visits, both virtually and in person, to provide hands-on support
  • Perform software installation, configuration, and updates for customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tebis software
  • Work closely with the technical team to enhance support and implementation processes
  • Document support cases and maintain knowledge base content for future reference
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed (estimated 50%)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience with CAD/CAM systems; Tebis experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in milling, machining, or mold and die
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site customer support as required
  • Familiarity with CNC machining and related software systems
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • A background in technical support, * Bachelor’s (Preferred)
