  • Respond to production-down and major incident issues on a 24-hour basis, coordinating restoration efforts and communicating status with county partners.
  • Participate in short and long-term planning for county network operations and endpoint support, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards and performance expectations.
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies (such as remote support platforms, monitoring systems, and endpoint management solutions) and recommend improvements that enhance reliability and security.
  • Develop project plans, document operational processes, and recommend enhancements that strengthen statewide service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other OIS bureaus and ODJFS offices to ensure consistent communication, coordination, and alignment on shared responsibilities.
  • Assign work, set goals, review performance, encourage staff development, and provide coaching and support for remote support technicians., Location: This position will be headquartered in an ODJFS Facility in one of the following cities - Columbus, Akron, or Dayton.
