We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Full Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET and React, with a proven track record of leading the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams., * 8-10 years of experience in .NET and React development

• Proven experience in architecting scalable, maintainable, and high-performing microservices
• Strong collaboration skills with product owners, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience in conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client’s industry
