Ecommerce Technician

• Refurbish laptops, desktops, and PCs for resale or reuse
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues
• Install and configure operating systems and software
• Perform hardware upgrades and component replacements
• Test equipment to ensure quality and functionality
• Wipe and securely erase data from devices
• Assist with warehouse and recycling operations as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
• Experience working with PCs, laptops, or electronics preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware issues
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, * Hands-on experience in IT hardware and recycling
