Job description
A senior resource is sought to lead the redesign and modernization of a COA Maintenance Module. This role is responsible for defining the target-state architecture, establishing the foundational design and technical framework, and driving decisions that ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform growth. The individual will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver a robust solution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles delivering complex enterprise applications.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable application architectures, with a focus on maintainability, extensibility, and long-term platform evolution.
- Understanding of application management, reference data, maintenance platforms, or similar financial services domains.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Experience in requirements analysis, business process design, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Expertise in data modeling, system integrations, API-based architectures, and application modernization strategies.
- Ability to evaluate current-state platforms, identify architectural gaps, and define a future-state roadmap.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence strategic technology direction.
- Executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
- Primary Skill: .Net Core.
- Secondary Skill: Core Java.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with financial systems, client onboarding platforms, maintenance modules, or enterprise master/reference data solutions.
- Experience in Agile product delivery, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and modern DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory, risk, and governance considerations within large financial institutions.
