IT Project Manager

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of infrastructure design and delivery projects within the Global Information Security portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strong project leader, utilizing Agile Scrum skills and Jira tools to manage high-complexity projects in a fast-paced environment, from lower-tier reporting applications to highly available enterprise systems., * Act as the project’s primary point of contact

• Obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities
• Lead daily meetings consisting of the project team and partners
• Remove delivery impediments and focus on the activities and progress of the service delivery team
• Lead project execution, integration, and implementation
• Ensure quality assurance and that all applicable change requirements are satisfied
• Define project milestones and socialize to business partners
• Ensure milestone dates are met by driving execution of tasks and holding resources accountable
• Engage technical resources and define their scope of work
• Manage risk and mitigation planning
• Ensure change management process adherence
• Provide timely and routine updates in Jira regarding project status
• Escalate project risks and issues to management
• Establish and maintain relationships with technical partners
• Manage project go-live events, which may require occasional night and weekend hours

• 10+ years of experience in strong Technical Project Management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Agile Scrum methodologies and Agile tools (Jira)
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects with matrixed resources
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (physical/virtual server hosting, storage, network, database, middleware, network traffic management, DMZ)
• Ability to prepare and present information and data to senior leaders
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• A proven track record in a similar role with the ability to manage the successful execution of technical solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to proactively engage business and technology leaders
