IT Project Manager / Scrum Master - Hybrid

This role will lead technology initiatives from planning through delivery while incorporating Agile/Scrum practices to support effective team execution. This position is best suited for someone with a strong project management background who can also facilitate Agile ceremonies and help teams maintain delivery momentum., * Lead technology projects from initiation through implementation and delivery

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate across business, technology, vendor, and stakeholder teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Track project and sprint progress and communicate status to leadership and stakeholders
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks
• Partner with Product Owners and technical teams to establish priorities and maintain alignment
• Support resource planning and coordination across multiple workstreams
• Drive accountability and ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives
• Apply Agile practices pragmatically based on the needs of the project and team

• 5+ years of IT project management, Scrum Master, or related delivery experience
• Strong project planning, organization, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum technology environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and cross-functional teams
• Experience working with Jira

Desired Skills:

• Healthcare experience preferred
• Scrum/Agile certification preferred but not required
• One of the following certifications: Certified scrum master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe or LeSS
• Exposure to Jira Cloud
