Salesforce Solutions Architect

Itero Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Consultant with a strong background in Financial Services to join our team supporting enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a consultative professional who can partner with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to drive CRM strategy and digital transformation initiatives leveraging the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of functional consulting expertise, Salesforce solution design experience, and industry knowledge across banking, wealth management, insurance, lending, or capital markets. This individual will play a key role in translating business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle., Client Consulting & Advisory

• Serve as a trusted advisor to financial services clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze current-state business processes and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
• Translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements.
• Present recommendations and solution strategies to executive leadership and business stakeholders.

Solution Design

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing platform best practices.
• Develop user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and solution documentation.
• Recommend and design solutions utilizing:
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Data Cloud (preferred)
• CRM Analytics (preferred)
• Partner closely with Salesforce Architects and Developers throughout implementation efforts.

Financial Services Expertise

• Apply industry knowledge to support business processes including:
• Client onboarding
• Know Your Customer (KYC)
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
• Commercial Banking
• Wealth Management
• Lending and Capital Markets

Project Delivery

• Support Agile software delivery practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, solution reviews, and demonstrations.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide post-production optimization and continuous improvement recommendations., * Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives for Financial Services clients.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Bridge business and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.
• 3+ years supporting Financial Services organizations.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops and executive presentations.
• Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy and customer journey design.
