Job description

Position Overview: A System Architect designs and oversees the overall structure and integration of complex IT systems to ensure they meet business requirements and technical standards. This role involves creating high-level architectural solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring system scalability, security, and performance., * Define and design the architecture of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network components.

Develop architectural blueprints and technical standards to guide system development and integration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms to meet project goals.
Ensure system designs are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and engineering teams.
Review and approve system designs, code, and documentation to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Support system testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.

Requirements

Strong, Interpersonal skills, Proactive communication, manage multiple cross functional teams, finalize architecture, lead from the front, * Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a System Architect or similar role in IT or software development.
Strong knowledge of system design principles, software architecture patterns, and integration techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
Experience with Java, Springboot, Microservices, Mulesoft integrations
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with security standards and best practices.
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
