Job description

Experteer Overview In this Lead HRIS role, you will own day-to-day Workday operations across HCM, TA, Time and Absence, Payroll, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and compliant processes. You’ll translate business needs into scalable HRIS solutions while guiding junior teammates and coordinating with vendors. You’ll lead releases, testing, and post-launch support to enable reliable HR technology across a global organization. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to optimize governance and automation, shaping how HR information drives business decisions. Compensation / Benefits * Lead day-to-day HRIS operations across Workday HCM, Talent Acquisition, Time and Absence, Payroll, Reporting, and related HR technology * Configure, test, and maintain Workday processes, security, rules, reports, dashboards, and system tables * Lead HRIS projects and workstreams: requirements, planning, testing, deployment readiness, stakeholder communication, post-launch support * Manage Workday release review activities: feature evaluation, regression testing, UAT coordination, impact documentation, adoption recommendations * Design, maintain, and validate Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, EIBs, audit files, and payroll-impacting outputs * Support SOX-ready controls, security reviews, audit evidence, and payroll-related HRIS activities * Escalation point for complex HRIS issues; coordinate with vendors and drive root-cause resolution * Maintain SOPs, test scripts, release notes, checklists, and knowledge articles for HRIS users * Identify opportunities to automate manual work, simplify processes, and strengthen stakeholder experience Tasks * Bachelor degree in related field and 5+ years of Workday or HRIS experience * Hands-on Workday HCM, Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Time and Absence, and Payroll * Experience leading projects, requirements, testing, deployment planning, and stakeholder support * Advanced Excel and HR reporting; familiarity with Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, dashboards, EIBs, integrations, or payroll-impacting reports * Mentoring or escalation experience for complex issues Key requirements * comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans * 401(k) with up to 5% company match * pre-tax accounts * company-paid disability and life insurance * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Career and Leadership Development Programs
