Technical Platform Manager

• Use Manus and other AI-assisted development tools to build and extend the Dispatch platform, working through structured prompts to develop new features from the roadmap.
• Review, test, and QA AI-generated development outputs before they go live, catching issues and iterating on prompts to get features across the finish line.
• Manage and maintain all key business platforms, including OwnerRez, Breezeway, Google Workspace, JustCall, Zapier, Resend, and OpenAI, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee system integrations and automations, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to keep platforms working seamlessly together.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms, including user access control and API key management.
• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day technical questions from the operations team, including connectivity issues, software problems, and account access.
• Document processes, system changes, and best practices so the team can self-serve on common tasks and future updates are efficient.

Do you have experience in Software testing?, * Comfortable using AI development tools such as Manus, Claude, or ChatGPT to accomplish technical tasks without writing code from scratch.

• Ability to read and evaluate code outputs well enough to identify issues, even without writing code independently.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and web-based tools; general technical fluency and comfort learning new systems quickly.
• Strong attention to detail when testing and QA-ing new features before they go live.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical teammates and flag blockers early.
• Self-directed with strong time management; able to move independently without close supervision at approximately 10 hours per week.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to changing priorities.

Irish Management is a short-term rental property management company based in South Bend, Indiana, managing a growing portfolio of properties across the Notre Dame market. We run a lean team and have built proprietary technology to support our operations. We are looking for a part-time Technical Platform Manager to take ownership of our internal operations platform, Dispatch, and our broader technology stack. This role is built around AI-assisted development, meaning you will use tools like Manus to develop and extend features through prompt-driven workflows rather than writing code from scratch.

Starting Pay: $25 per hour, with opportunity to grow as the role grows
