IPT Scrum Master / Principal Scrum Master

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Agile delivery for ground-based Space Domain Awareness radar projects, coordinating two IPTs to ensure timely software and hardware-driven product deliveries. You’ll partner with IPT leads to implement an effective Agile framework, coaching teams and guiding process improvements. Your work enables secure, high-visibility mission readiness while supporting the broader Space Systems mission. This position offers growth as a Scrum Master across levels and exposure to cutting-edge radar technology.
