Job description

Lead QA testing efforts for Guidewire Policy Center implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Design and develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and system requirements.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Validate batch processes, billing rules, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
Defect logging, tracking, and coordination with development for resolution.
Mentor junior testers and coordinate testing activities in a distributed team setup.
Analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

Guidewire Associate certified.

Requirements

13+ years of hands-on experience.
Experience in QA/testing, with a strong understanding of Guidewire Policy Center and its modules.
Strong knowledge in P&C insurance domain.
Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA / ALM), automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git) for automated testing.
Knowledge of Guidewire Digital applications or Dev Connect.
Active Guidewire Analyst certification., * Guidewire Policy Center.
