Job description
- Provide formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
- Plan and direct the installation of Information Technology projects that impact multiple business areas.
- Lead and coordinate technology projects with business partners to deliver solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, provide executive-level project oversight, and lead the continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks.
- Oversee vendors, Statements of Work (SOWs), budgets, and delivery performance.
- Direct large-scale IT initiatives, ensuring project execution aligns with corporate strategy and business objectives.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.
Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT program leadership, enterprise-wide technology transformation, and business strategy alignment, including demonstrated leadership of Salesforce teams and technical resources in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Experience leading M365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Enterprise-scale, multi-cloud and/or multi-org Salesforce experience.
- Strong Salesforce architecture, governance, security, and platform operations knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Salesforce certifications and architecture experience are preferred.
- Strong leadership in IT strategic planning, technology risk management, portfolio management, and enterprise-wide digital transformation.
