Job description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the enrollment processes within EDI clearinghouses such as Waystar., * Complete Registration: Ensure registration is received and completed thoroughly and in a timely manner

  • Generate and Monitor EDI Agreements: Follow up on agreements to meet specific implementation deadlines
  • Monitor Accounts: Investigating and resolving enrollment denials, errors, and correspondence with payers
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of the account throughout the enrollment process
  • Customer Service: Address customer requests in Service Plus for EDI clearinghouse issues, such as but not limited to, setting up new users, adding permission, adding workgroups.
  • Maintain working knowledge of workflow, systems, and tools used in the department
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Must have: EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) experience, Min H.S Diploma or equivalent, Waystar Knowledge a plus., * In-depth Knowledge: Understanding of the EDI enrollment process.

  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team setting

Skills:

  • Proficiency in EDI software and clearinghouse platforms (e.g., Availity, Waystar etc.).
  • Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
