Job description

Experteer Overview As an AI/ML Engineer supporting a DoD client, you will design and deploy advanced ML solutions for logistics optimization and anomaly detection, with an emphasis on secure, scalable AI systems. You will apply RL, neural networks, and metaheuristics to critical supply chain challenges and lead architecture and best-practice adoption across teams. This role blends hands-on modeling with strategy alignment to defense AI initiatives, in dynamic, mission-critical environments. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement advanced ML models for logistics optimization, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection * Apply reinforcement learning, neural networks, and metaheuristics to solve supply chain and inventory challenges * Develop real-time decision systems for dynamic pricing, resource allocation, and predictive maintenance * Lead architecture design for scalable, secure, and maintainable AI systems * Mentor engineering teams and enforce ML development and secure software engineering best practices * Align technical roadmaps with defense AI strategies and mission-critical requirements * Explore and implement emerging AI/ML technologies for logistics in contested and uncertain environments * Conduct feasibility studies and contribute to innovation initiatives, academic collaborations, and technology evaluations Tasks * ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET security clearance * Bachelor’s Degree * Five (5) or more years of experience in AI/ML Key requirements * Medical, Rx, Dental & Vision Insurance * Paid holidays and sick time * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Tuition Reimbursement, Personal Development & Learning Opportunities * Employee Referral Program * Mobility Stipend
