Private Capital Raising - AI Data Centers

• Identify and develop relationships with accredited investors and high-net-worth individuals
• Build and manage an active investor prospect pipeline
• Use direct outreach, professional networks, referrals, investor events, digital channels, and other appropriate methods to develop investor relationships
• Present the company’s AI data center development strategy and individual investment opportunities
• Conduct investor meetings and presentations
• Explain investment structures and respond to investor questions
• Provide prospective investors with authorized investment materials and due diligence information
• Coordinate follow-up with interested investors throughout the investment process
• Maintain accurate records of investor discussions, activity, and pipeline status
• Work closely with senior management on capital-raising strategy and investor communications

We are seeking an experienced private capital professional to help raise development capital for an AI data center company pursuing projects in the United States and selected high-growth international markets.

This role is focused on the accredited investor and high-net-worth investor channel. We are looking for candidates with a demonstrated record of successfully developing investor relationships and raising capital for private investment opportunities.

This is not an entry-level fundraising or business development position. Relevant capital-raising experience is required., Candidates should have:

• At least five years of experience raising private capital from accredited investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or similar private investors
• A verifiable record of successfully raising capital, including capital raised within the past 12 months
• Strong understanding of the private capital markets
• Knowledge of private investment structures, including private placements and investment offerings
• Experience communicating sophisticated investment opportunities to investors
• Strong presentation, relationship-development, and investor communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain an active pipeline of prospective investors
• At least a bachelor’s degree

Experience raising capital for data centers, digital infrastructure, energy, power, real estate development, infrastructure, private equity, or alternative investments is highly desirable., The ideal candidate already understands how to identify, approach, develop, and convert sophisticated private investors.

You should be comfortable discussing private-market investments with successful entrepreneurs, executives, accredited investors, and other sophisticated investors.

Most importantly, you should be able to demonstrate that you have personally raised private capital and developed investor relationships, rather than simply having worked in financial services.
