Job description

  • Design and build services and application components to agreed specifications and standards.
  • Author specifications and use AI coding agents to generate, refine and test implementation.
  • Critically review AI-generated output; take ownership of correctness, performance and security.
  • Write and maintain automated tests to meet coverage thresholds.
  • Participate in code reviews and support less experienced engineers in the pod.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in software engineering with strong Full-Stack .NET expertise.
  • Solid React and TypeScript experience; working knowledge of Kafka or similar event platforms.
  • Experience building microservices and REST APIs in a cloud environment.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants in a delivery context.
  • Strong automated testing discipline and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Healthcare domain exposure advantageous.
