Full-Stack Engineer (.NET / React)

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer (.NET / React) on behalf of our client in Newton, MA. This role is ideal for a hands-on software engineer with expertise in .NET backend development and React frontend development. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Backend Development Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using C# and .NET technologies. Build and support RESTful APIs, business logic, and system integrations. Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable application components. Integrate applications with relational databases and external systems. Troubleshoot technical issues and enhance application performance, reliability, and security. Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices. Frontend Development Design and build modern, responsive web applications using React. Develop reusable UI components and interactive user interfaces. Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services. Implement business requirements and translate them into functional application features. Debug, optimize, and maintain consistent user experiences across applications.

Proven experience in full-stack application development. Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development. Hands-on experience building web applications using React. Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs. Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts. Experience with debugging, testing, version control, and software development best practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise application integrations and distributed systems. Exposure to data processing, data integration, or data engineering workflows. Familiarity with modern software development methodologies, including Agile practices. Experience optimizing application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Knowledge of TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
