Job description

Monitor data center operations and check for emergent alerts through monitoring platforms.

Perform rack and stack installations, ensuring proper power and asset management.

Perform troubleshooting and in-depth repairs of hardware and hypervisor issues, following documented processes.

Facilitate communication and collaboration with the datacenter capacity team and R&D personnel.

Work within our Phoenix site through cabling, monitoring, and team building activities.

Assist as part of a team of on-site contacts for our Networking, Automation, and Capacity team

Requirements

2+ years of experience in data center operations or related field.

Proficient in asset management and infrastructure monitoring systems.

Strong coordination skills for managing complex tasks autonomously.

Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 100 lbs) with assistance.

Experience following documented processes to provide hardware and logistic troubleshooting

Familiarity with data center tools, office productivity software, and ticket management systems.

Demonstrated ability to learn and grow through on the job training

Integrity and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
