Job description

Cure IT Group is looking for hands-on IT Support Engineers to join our field services network and support customer sites across the United States.

You will be responsible for completing technical assignments at client locations, from equipment deployments and upgrades to troubleshooting and infrastructure support.

What You’ll Do

  • Attend customer sites to complete scheduled IT service requests.
  • Deploy, install, move, and replace IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and network connectivity.
  • Assist with office moves, hardware refreshes, and technology rollouts.
  • Perform basic cabling and network-related tasks when required.
  • Support remote engineering teams during on-site activities.
  • Document work performed and close service tickets accurately.
  • Escalate issues that require additional technical expertise.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers throughout each assignment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT support, field services, desktop support, or infrastructure.
  • Practical experience working with computers and enterprise IT equipment.
  • Good understanding of Windows and basic networking.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and meet scheduled appointments.
  • Comfortable working independently at different customer locations.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
