IT Engineer

Cure IT Group is seeking dependable IT Support Engineers to assist with customer-facing technical assignments, infrastructure support, and IT projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and working directly with users and technical teams., * Diagnose and resolve workstation, hardware, software, and connectivity problems.

• Set up and configure computers, network devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user access.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, migrations, installations, and office moves.
• Perform on-site break/fix and Smart Hands support.
• Follow work instructions, security policies, and client procedures.
• Update service tickets and provide completion reports after each assignment.
• Coordinate with remote engineers and customer contacts to resolve issues efficiently.

• 3+ years of practical IT support or field engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and common enterprise IT hardware.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site assignments.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client locations.

Preferred: CompTIA/Microsoft certifications, ITSM experience, Intune, SCCM, ServiceNow, or data center support experience.
