Application Support Specialist

• Work independently to provide support for designated business applications through issue resolution, change management for upgrades and patches including assisting in User Acceptance Testing, updating configuration settings as requested by Business Analyst in test and live environments.
• Provide secondary help desk support for entire TopLine technical environment.
• Be cross trained in the responsibilities of the Sr. Application Support Specialist and provide back-up when necessary.
• Participate in the research of system application needs and reported issues to document and develop resolutions working closing with Business Analyst and Vendors.
• Provide assistance to end users regarding the use of designated business applications.

• AAS Technical Degree, 2 years’ experience in supporting applications and end users
• Ability to interact well with a team, positive attitude, good oral and written communications skills, problem solving skills, quick learner, attentive to detail, organized and strong self-initiative
• Minimum 1-2 year(s) experience supporting financial industry business applications such as Loan Origination Solutions, Mortgage Origination Solutions, Accounting Solutions, Collections Solutions, and Document Imaging Solutions
