Job description

Seeking a QA Automation Engineer with experience in mobile messaging technologies, including SMS, MMS, and RCS, to design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions for messaging APIs and related platforms. The role involves validating end-to-end messaging workflows, building CI/CD-based test automation, and collaborating with development and product teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities

Design and execute automated test strategies for SMS, MMS, and RCS messaging platforms.
Develop and maintain API test automation using REST-based services.
Build and support automated test frameworks using Robot Framework and Node.js.
Create and maintain automation scripts using Bash.
Integrate automated test suites into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
Validate integrations and APIs developed on MuleSoft.
Track defects, test execution, and release readiness using Jira.
Manage source code and test assets using Git.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and work with development teams to drive defect resolution.

Requirements

Strong understanding of SMS, MMS, and RCS messaging ecosystems.
Experience testing REST APIs and web services.
Proficiency in Robot Framework for test automation.
Working knowledge of Bash scripting.
Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
Proficiency in Node.js development or automation scripting.
Experience with MuleSoft integration testing.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Git.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills., * Experience with telecommunications or messaging platforms.
Familiarity with automated testing best practices and DevOps processes.
Knowledge of API mocking, performance testing, and test data management.
