Digital Experience Operations Analyst (Remote Est)

A healthcare company that provides an online platform that helps individuals find affordable prescription medications is looking for a Digital Experience Operations Analyst to join a marketing team. This person will manage the creation and maintenance of web pages on the company website. This role is a pivotal part of the Digital Experience Operations Squad, responsible for ensuring quality and timely updates are made to support marketing initiatives and business objectives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Contentful or similar CMS, comfortable working in Jira, and has an eye for detail. Their day to day role consists of content management system management: Utilizing Contentful (CMS) to build, update, and manage digital content, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and consistency across platforms. They will also be responsible for content scheduling and work closely with stakeholders to schedule and publish digital content. Lastly, they will be responsible for quality assurance by conducting thorough quality checks on digital assets to ensure they meet design standards, are free of errors, and provide a seamless user experience.

1+ year of experience with CMS management, and 1+ year in Contentful
