· Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Game Design, or related field; or equivalent practical experience, · Proficiency in multiple programming languages (including C#), Unity game engine, and SCM tools (Git/Gitlab/PlasticSCM); can quickly self-teach new languages · 10+ years of software development experience · Self-directed; troubleshoots all bugs independently and identifies dependencies in large, complex systems Preferred Skills: · Ability to read and evaluate technical manuals for complex systems and translate them into high-fidelity 3D training simulations. · Prepares high-quality documentation; demonstrates matured presentation skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership; may conduct technical interviews Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
