AI Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a AI Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor to U.S. Federal Government agencies adopting generative AI solutions. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and solution architecture to deliver AI-powered capabilities that support mission-critical objectives., Partner with federal customers to identify requirements and design GenAI solutions. Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business needs into scalable AI architectures. Architect and present solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Develop and implement solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI governance frameworks. Create reusable solution templates, demos, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive successful customer outcomes. Support federal security and compliance requirements, including FedRAMP, NIST, and Zero Trust frameworks. Travel up to 50% for customer engagements and industry events.

8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, including experience with enterprise software, data platforms, or AI/ML technologies. Hands-on experience with APIs, databases, Docker, CI/CD, and Git. Strong understanding of GenAI technologies, AI architectures, and enterprise integrations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences. Active Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain one).

Preferred Experience supporting Federal Government or DoD customers. Knowledge of OAuth2, SSO, vector databases, and AI/ML platforms.
