Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Senior Consultant

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
• Create design documentation
• Take an active role in the development of the D365 CE system
• Work well with team members, clients, and other vendors
• Be the ‘Go To’ resource for client interactions
• Participate in the Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep Iterative Methodologies

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS or other related business fields
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus
• Experience with Scribe a plus
• SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
• Experience with Field Service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and develop strong working relationships with clients.
• Relevant, hands-on work-related experience working in a team environment.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadlin, RSM does not intend to hire entry level candidates who will require sponsorship now OR in the future (i.e. F-1 visa holders). If you are a recent U.S. college / university graduate possessing 1-2 years of progressive and relevant work experience in a same or similar role to the one for which you are applying, excluding internships, you may be eligible for hire as an experienced associate.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700
