An established manufacturing and packaging organization is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead technology operations across multiple production facilities, warehouses, and corporate offices. This full time leadership opportunity offers responsibility for Microsoft 365, ERP platforms, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and overall IT strategy while supporting critical business operations., 15% Vendor Management and Technology Planning Daily Responsibilities 70% Hands On Technical Leadership 15% IT Strategy and Project Management 15% Team Collaboration and Executive Communication Responsibilities Lead day to day technology operations across multiple facilities Manage infrastructure, servers, networks, telecommunications, and end user systems Ensure security, uptime, reliability, and performance of business critical systems Administer ERP systems and support manufacturing technologies Oversee backup, recovery, and business continuity processes Partner with leadership to evaluate and implement technology improvements Manage third party vendors and technology partners Develop processes, standards, and IT documentation The Offer Bonus eligible You will receive the following benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Vacation and Holidays Retirement Plan Professional Development Opportunities Technology Leadership Growth Opportunities

This role is ideal for a technology leader who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands on technical work. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of IT leadership or IT management experience Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or production environments Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience Network infrastructure and systems administration expertise Cybersecurity knowledge including access controls, backups, and disaster recovery Experience overseeing software vendors and technology projects Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience Desired Skills & Experience ERP administration experience Azure, SharePoint, and Power BI experience Shopify and QuickBooks integration experience Manufacturing ERP background CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or cybersecurity certifications What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 35% Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Cloud Technologies 25% Network Infrastructure, Security, and Systems Administration, Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis now and in the future.
