Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development and configuration.
  • Configure PolicyCenter data models, product models, PCF screen layouts, underwriting rules, and rating logic.
  • Develop business logic, enhancements, and scripts using Gosu and Java.
  • Design and maintain integrations between PolicyCenter and internal or external systems using APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshoot defects, and resolve configuration and integration issues across development, QA, and production environments.
  • Work with Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • 7+ years of technical experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Gosu, Java/J2EE, XML, JSON, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Good understanding of P&C insurance, policy lifecycles, rating, and quoting processes.
  • Experience with Guidewire Studio, Git/SVN, and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
  • Active Guidewire Developer Certification.
