Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) - Gen AI to lead the rollout, integration, and enterprise adoption of GenAI-powered developer tools across engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience, hands-on expertise with AI coding tools such as Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor, and experience integrating AI into enterprise SDLC workflows.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on improving developer productivity, accelerating software delivery, and driving enterprise-wide GenAI adoption., * 10+ years of software engineering experience.

Strong full-stack development experience with Java, Python, React/Angular, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with GenAI developer tools such as Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor.
Experience integrating AI-powered tools into enterprise software development workflows.
Experience building distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, developer platforms, and modern SDLC practices.
Experience with cloud platforms, including OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Experience integrating modern developer tools into enterprise engineering environments.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and business teams., * Experience driving enterprise adoption of GenAI-enabled developer workflows.
Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI orchestration patterns.
Experience measuring developer productivity and engineering effectiveness.
Experience supporting platform modernization and large-scale transformation initiatives.
Understanding of enterprise governance, security, risk, and compliance for AI-enabled tooling.
Background in Developer Enablement, Solutions Architecture, Field Engineering, or Forward Deployment Engineering.
