Job description

One of our large retail companies is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to contribute to their IVR project. In this role, you’ll design and build cutting-edge AI chat systems powered by large language models and multi-agent orchestration frameworks. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to develop scalable, secure, and intelligent conversational experiences. Your day will include coding, architecting agent workflows, mentoring peers, driving technical strategy, and ensuring systems meet regulatory and performance standards - all while staying ahead of the curve in GenAI advancements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML or LLM-based development

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain)

  • Proven experience building agentic or autonomous AI systems with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs

  • Deep understanding of:

  • LLM tool use and memory management

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  • Multi-agent collaboration

  • Strong Python skills and experience with FastAPI, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate), and RAG pipelines

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), microservices, and API-first development

  • Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and monitoring for AI systems * Direct experience with LangGraph or graph-based agent orchestration tools

  • Background in prompt engineering, LLMOps, or RAG optimization

  • Experience working with chatbot frameworks, voice assistants, or multimodal agents

  • Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, or regulated environments

  • Passion for ethical, explainable, and human-centered AI design

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
