Job description
Support military training operations by executing and managing advanced simulator missions that replicate real-world operational environments. Configure and control simulation scenarios, provide tactical inputs, monitor mission execution, troubleshoot system issues, and support training exercises that enhance operational readiness, decision-making, and mission effectiveness. Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute and control simulator missions that replicate real-world operational scenarios.
- Configure, load, and modify training scenarios based on mission objectives.
- Provide real-time tactical inputs and mission injects during training events.
- Monitor simulator operations to ensure training effectiveness and mission realism.
- Troubleshoot simulator, network, and system issues.
- Develop and execute mission profiles using simulation and mission-planning tools.
- Simulate command and control elements, adversary forces, and external agencies.
- Coordinate voice, chat, and communication-based mission events.
- Support multi-unit and large-scale training exercises.
- Collect and provide mission data and feedback during debrief sessions.
- Assist with evaluations, test events, investigations, and special training activities.
- Collaborate with instructors, engineers, and operational personnel to improve training outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience as a Pilot, Sensor Operator, Simulator Operator, or related operational role.
- Experience creating and executing simulation scenarios.
- Strong understanding of military training and operational environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical systems and simulation platforms.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale training exercises preferred.
- Ability to work in high-tempo, mission-focused environments.
