- Performs day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining software and hardware inventory and processing paperwork.
- Uses computer operations such as spreadsheets, word processing, databases, calendar, financial and student management systems, or e-mail in performing work activities.
- Familiar with web-based applications.
- Furnishes routine information either in person, or via telephone.
- Customary duties associated with the position
Requirements
- High School diploma or possession of a high school equivalency diploma: AND
- Two years of experience in a technology office atmosphere: or
- Equivalent combination of experience and training to indicate the ability to do the work.
