Recent Graduate Role as an Accounting & Technology QA Associate

• Identify and document product/process issues and/or trends needing improvement
• Work with in-house development team to design and test new features, enhancements, and bugs throughout the QA process
• Work with the client success team to identify & actively solve client accoutning & software system issues & requests
• Assist in the on-boarding of new clients, data review, and client training
• Contribute to development and execution of client service standards to maintain client satisfaction and retention

• Bachelor’s degree - preferably with accounting or comp sci.
• Strong GPA
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with and developing relationships with high-level clients
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
• Organization and time management skills
• Strong interest in technology and familiarity with Jira & SQL preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

FidTech is looking to fill an immediate junior position with onsite in-person training. This position provides an excellent opportunity for learning and growth providing experience working with a large non-profit client base served through our technology platform. This will at first be fully in person located in Stamford CT, but once fully trained will become a hybrid position.
