Senior SAP Project Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale SAP Student Lifecycle Management (SLCM) implementation focused on a heavily customized suite of SAP Fiori applications. This individual will help bring structure, visibility, and execution discipline to a critical program experiencing delivery challenges, resource constraints, and evolving business requirements.

This is less about managing tasks and more about navigating ambiguity, driving accountability, managing stakeholders, and ensuring development teams stay focused on delivering business-critical functionality.

Lead delivery efforts for SAP Fiori application development initiatives supporting the student lifecycle.

Partner with developers, configurators, business stakeholders, and leadership to manage scope, priorities, risks, and timelines.

Improve visibility into project status, dependencies, resource constraints, and key deliverables.

Establish and reinforce Agile and SDLC best practices.

Facilitate Jira-based planning, tracking, and reporting.

Translate business requirements into actionable development priorities.

Drive stakeholder alignment and manage changing requirements in a complex environment.

Proactively identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and process improvements.

7+ years of Project Management experience supporting software development teams.

Experience leading projects through the full SDLC.

Experience supporting ERP implementations, ideally SAP.

Strong Agile delivery experience.

Hands-on Jira experience.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams including developers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. * Go-live and hypercare experience specifically - high-volume transport periods

• SAP Gateway / OData administration and data extraction - activating and consuming OData services, $batch queries, SE16N/CDS-level extraction (for pulling data behind Fiori apps)
