Systems Integration, Quality & Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional to support system verification, software quality activities, configuration management, and production/integration efforts for complex hardware and software systems.

This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy investigating problems, validating results, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that systems are delivered correctly and consistently. While technical experience is valuable, success in this role is driven by attention to detail, sound judgment, process discipline, and a commitment to quality.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, production, and operations teams to verify system functionality, maintain configuration control, support system deployments, and help identify and resolve issues throughout the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

System Verification & Quality Assurance

• Execute test procedures and validation activities
• Verify that system behavior meets documented requirements and expectations
• Document test results, observations, and discrepancies
• Assist in identifying, reproducing, and investigating reported issues
• Support acceptance testing and release readiness reviews
• Ensure verification activities are conducted consistently and accurately

Configuration & Release Control

• Maintain records of approved software, hardware, and system configurations
• Verify that deployed systems match approved baselines
• Support release documentation and configuration tracking activities
• Assist with change tracking and configuration audits
• Ensure traceability between requirements, changes, and released products

System Integration & Production Support

• Configure and deploy approved system builds and releases
• Support integration, staging, and operational test activities
• Perform system setup, verification, and operational checks
• Troubleshoot configuration and deployment issues
• Document system configurations and installation activities
• Assist in maintaining test, integration, and production environments

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve procedures and documentation
