Cybersecurity Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale information technology projects. This individual will oversee projects from planning through execution and closure, ensuring successful delivery within established scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations., * Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate resources to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established plans and KPIs.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Develop mitigation strategies and take corrective action when projects deviate from plan.
• Manage project budgets, costs, resource allocation, and priorities.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and key decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party resources as needed.
• Conduct project meetings, status reviews, and decision-making sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption activities.
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to project team members.

The ideal candidate will bring strong IT project management experience, a PMP certification, and demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, managing project risks and budgets, communicating with stakeholders, and driving complex initiatives through completion., * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, or a related discipline.
• Advanced experience with project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery.
• Strong experience managing project risks, issues, scope, and change.
• Experience with budget management, cost control, and resource planning.
• Demonstrated experience with project tracking, reporting, performance metrics, and KPIs.
• Experience with project governance and quality management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• IT project management experience, including vendor and contract administration.
• Experience developing and managing work breakdown structures (WBS), dependencies, and project priorities.
• Experience with organizational change management and user adoption planning.
• Experience supporting utility, finance, security, or other corporate business functions.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Loop, and Microsoft Project.

Preferred Qualification

• Master’s degree in a related discipline., * Do you currently hold an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification?
• How many years of experience do you have managing large-scale IT projects, including project planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, budgets, resources, and cross-functional stakeholders?
• Are you proficient with Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint?
